Most Global Preclinical Training workshops are designed towards specific displiplines, however registration is open to students in all displines of drug discovery and development as well as those exploring new opportunities and career directions.

All students are awarded certificates of completion for the number of program hours they complete. These certificates in many instances count towards your companies required continuing education.

Global Preclinical Training students are not required to take exams. However, often our workshops include break out sessions with working teams that are assigned a principal faculty member, creating hands on lessons.

Registration includes instruction, program materials and meals associated with the program. Housing and travel are not included in the cost of registration. This is the responsibility of the registrant.

We allow refunds provided they are within the established timeframe. An existing reservation is transferrable at no additional cost. Be advised, there may be fees associated with cancellation. Please refer to our Policies page for full details.

For freestanding workshops we offer group discounts up to three persons from the same organization. Other times the discount is offered via a program bundle when a person registers for more than one workshop. The type of discount available is noted on the program registration page. Yes. Let's say you are interested in attending Day 1 of a workshop and a co-worker is interested in Day 2, we'll allow you to share a registration for the cost of a single registration. Keep in mind, each of you will only earn continuing education hours for the time you actually participate in the program. Arrangements must be made in advance to cater to this arrangement.

No, film or audio recording is prohibited in the meeting room.

In most cases, yes you will receive presentation copies or a CD of presentations with your program materials.

Circumstances beyond our control can happen. In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, we will make every attempt to reschedule the workshop and provide new program dates. Registrants will be given the option of a refund of their full registration amount, or to remain registered in the program to attend on the new dates. Registrants will also be awarded a complimentary companion registration which may be used in conjunction with at least one other paid registrant for a single program. Global Preclinical Training is not responsible for expenses related to travel or housing.
